Pendulum is an open-source blockchain that aims to establish the missing link between the fiat and the DeFi ecosystems through a fiat-optimized smart contract blockchain. Pendulum blockchain is built by SatoshiPay, a fintech company founded in 2014.

We are looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Manager who will ​help us to establish Pendulum as a world-class Blockchain that will disrupt traditional cross-border payments and forex.

What you will be doing

  • Finding the perfect partners, negotiating, and signing agreement
  • Helping to shape the ecosystem and product
  • Find opportunities for expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic partnerships
  • Generate new collaboration ideas & work closely with the product team
  • Managing relationships with new and existing partners
  • Hands-on sales, inbound and outbound, pipeline management, and project management
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with partners by going to conferences, meetups, or other relevant events

Your skills

  • Relevant professional experience in financial Sales/Business Development 
  • Experience or deep understanding of Decentrilzed Finance and/or FinTech industry
  • Previous professional experience in the blockchain industry or at least a high interest in working with
  • Experience in researching market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop business strategies
  • Strong Strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Open to working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages is a plus.
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce/Hubspot
