Pendulum is an open-source blockchain that aims to establish the missing link between the fiat and the DeFi ecosystems through a fiat-optimized smart contract blockchain. Pendulum blockchain is built by SatoshiPay, a fintech company founded in 2014.
We are looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Manager who will help us to establish Pendulum as a world-class Blockchain that will disrupt traditional cross-border payments and forex.
What you will be doing
- Finding the perfect partners, negotiating, and signing agreement
- Helping to shape the ecosystem and product
- Find opportunities for expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic partnerships
- Generate new collaboration ideas & work closely with the product team
- Managing relationships with new and existing partners
- Hands-on sales, inbound and outbound, pipeline management, and project management
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with partners by going to conferences, meetups, or other relevant events
Your skills
- Relevant professional experience in financial Sales/Business Development
- Experience or deep understanding of Decentrilzed Finance and/or FinTech industry
- Previous professional experience in the blockchain industry or at least a high interest in working with
- Experience in researching market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop business strategies
- Strong Strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Open to working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages is a plus.
- CRM experience such as Salesforce/Hubspot
